Introduction
As we all know, Traditional Chinese Medicine
(TCM) has a long history and has been an essential part of Chinese culture. TCM has its own unique theoretical system and treatment methods, which have been passed down from generation to generation. In recent years, the popularity of TCM has been increasing globally. To promote the study and practice of TCM, we have designed an activity template for learning TCM through a Qigong practice. This activity template consists of five sections, including Qigong exercise, reflection, and journaling. Qigong Exercise The Qigong exercise is a set of exercises that aim to stimulate the flow of blood, promote relaxation, and improve the balance of the body. The exercises include various postures such as Standing Longbei, Kneeling Cat-Cow, and Seated Qigong. Reflection Reflection is an essential part of the learning process. It allows us to reflect on our progress, identify our strengths and weaknesses, and set personal goals. During the reflection process, we can ask ourselves the following questions: * What did I learn today? * What did I find difficult? * What did I do well? * What areas do I need to improve? Journaling Journaling is a practice of writing down our thoughts, feelings, and experiences. It helps us to better understand ourselves and gain self-awareness. During the journaling process, we can write about our learning journey, our progress, and our challenges. Template To make this activity more engaging and effective, we have designed a template that includes the following sections: 1. Personal Information: This section includes basic information about the participants, such as their name, gender, and age. 2. TCM Practice: This section includes the details of the TCM practice that the participants have chosen to focus on, including the practice duration, the number of times per day, and the goal of the practice. 3. Progress Reflection: This section includes a space for the participants to reflect on their progress, including their challenges and achievements. 4. Journaling: This section includes a space for the participants to write about their learning journey, including their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. 5. Conclusion: This section includes a space for the participants to summarize their learning experience and to reflect on their future plans.
